  How do I get my front page with the lastest blog posts to only show a glimsp of each post, not the entire thing? Also, since I deleted my ‘about’ post and made it into a page instead, is there any way to get it to stop showing up on my front blog posts page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Some themes use excerpts automatically (an excerpt is a glimpse of the post). If you are using a theme that doesn’t do that automatically already, then you can use the more tag to decide how much of the post will show on the front page:

  You can delete the about post by going to this link and clicking the trash can bin in the very bottom left:
