  Hi katharinetrauger,

  If your new Featured image is showing in your editing screen and not when you visit the site, try clearing out the browsing data and cache.
  Sometimes this will solve the issue. You can also copy and paste the url of the actual Testimonials page to another web browser and see if your new Featured image will show up there.

  You can also go through the actual Theme’s Documentation and see in detail how you can take full advantage of the Testimonials and other features in case you have missed any of the steps listed there?

  Well, it’s pretty embarrassing, but I re-read the directions and, ahem, when I change the featured photo, I now realize I must re-initiate it for the front page, copypasting the url in the customizer, etc. On a whim I tried that. Amazing, that “whim” to try following the directions. So sorry to have bothered, but thanks, always for being kind and for being available. <3 K
