  I have the header and the title OK – but now I want the face picture to the right and the headline/paragraph to the pic’s left (wrap) . But, I can’t get them to move and they are too far down the page! I have spent 2 days trying to do this!!! AARRGGHH!

  Here’s what I’d do:
  1) Click on the image and drag it to the very beginning of the “Read our draft Autism Manifesto…” line.
  2) Click on the image and then on the “align right” icon. See https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-alignment/ for more info.

  You might need to delete the “Help make our lives better” text in order to get this to work. You could try adding it as a caption for your image, but whether or not that displays really depends on your particular theme.
