Front page – how to move the black and white "logo"

  I would like to remove the black and white image/logo from my front page. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s your Gravatar, also seen on the left. If you go to “Customize” “Theme Options” and remove your email address from the Header Gravatar box then the black and white logo will disappear from the front of the site.
  And if you’d like your own Gravatar image to appear elsewhere around WordPress.com such as here in the forums then go to: https://wordpress.com/me and choose another photo or image for your profile.
