Front Page Missing

  The front page of my blog has suddenly begun showing a Page Not Found message. It is set to display the latest five posts (not a static page) and has been set that way for months. Today, I went to look at the front page and it was gone. If I type in the web address /page2, the second page shows up fine, as do all the others after it. Only the front page is having issues, as far as I know. I would really appreciate some prompt support for this problem. It is quite annoying.
