Front page not first

  When I click on “visit site” (blog is not public yet), one of my other pages appears. How do I make the front (home) page appear first?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We need far more information that that. What is the name of the theme you are using? Does it have a “Home” page or a “Blog” page that you did not create? Have you set another page as the static front page? http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  Thanks. Next time I’ll know what all is needed–I think. I did reslove it from reading about the static front page, but can’t figure out how to post ‘resolved’.

  From time to time, I’ve read some of your other answers, and I want to say, I’m impressed with your knowledge and professionalism in handling beginners like me.
