Front Page Not Updating

  Hello,

  The front page of our website isn’t updating whenever we try to change any of the elements like the promotional bar or header image. The newest version only shows up when you do a hard reload. Is there any main reason for this? I know our PHP is out of date, but I want to be doubly sure what the issue is.
