  Although I write a new blog weekly, when going on the site the blog that is shown is stuck on the Feb 9, 2019 entry.

  You most likely have that February post set to stick to the top of your blog. Go in to edit that post and near the Publish button (Under “Status and Visibility”) there is a checkbox to stick it. Uncheck that box and save the post. It should then appear chronologically.
