front page of old website loads instead of new site

  Dear WordPress Support, I started my domain and website with http://www.nicepaintingsbynise.com and started building a website. I recently changed my website theme, layout and name (via BlueHost) to http://www.denisecollierportraits.com. My initial site had a HANDS logo. My new website has my new logo of a painting I did which is a little girl holding out a flower. The problem I now have is that in google the HOMEPAGE of my old website (which is black and has the hands logo) now appears in google instead of my new website Homepage which has my EYES painting at the top of each page.
  Can you please help. I was going to delete http://www.nicepaintingsbynise.com in WORDPRESS but am not sure if I am doing the right thing. I don’t want to make a mistake and lose my whole website.

  Google usually takes few weeks to update their index of websites. So it is just a matter of time before your site is updated in Google.

  By the way, yours is self-hosted WordPress site whereas this forum is to help users hosted on WordPress.com. The right place to get help with your site is https://wordpress.org/support/

  In case you haven’t got a chance to know the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (self-hosted WordPress site), I encourage you to check it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
