front page posts layout issue

  I do not want the whole post in the front page rather want a summary and continue reading button to read the whole post in a new page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to add the more-tag to your posts to achieve that as your theme does not create automatic excerpts. You’ll need to add the tag to every post you don’t want to display in full on the front page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
