Front page posts missing after mapping to subdomain
-
I’m having an issue after mapping my new WordPress blog to a subdomain. The front page and widgets etc all show fine, but not the blog posts – just a message saying they can’t be found.
If I go to a category or post directly it’s fine, so the problem is just the front page. It doesn’t work either if I change it to a static page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. http://anthony.mazzeri.com loads fine for me and displays several posts. Are you talking about another subdomain?

Thanks for the quick reply. Yep, that’s the one. Not working for me in either Safari or Chrome so maybe it’s a cache thing. But I’m not sure that would be the case as I’m getting the following message in bold type in lieu of any posts:
“We can’t find what you’re looking for!”

For domain name mapping, I know that there is a delay (up to 72 hours, but usually less) for the changes to be effective. I don’t know if it’s the same for subdomains. But yes, it could be a simple cache issue. Try one of the tips here:

Yep, it appears to have just been a basic cache issue after all so it’s all working fine now for me again. Happy again! Thanks for your prompt help. :)
