Front Page Presentation Gone Hairwire In IE ONLY

For some reason today most of my posts on the Front Page only and sidebars have changed the font and have become ridiculously ugly. I tried deleting the last 2-3 posts and they post fine. The strange thing is that Fire fox is displaying fine but IE is the problem.
I tried changing the theme but it does not fix the problem . I am a Cutline user but I have switched to Contempt.

On firefox 2.0.0.5 your blog looks fine. Give me a moment and I will view it in IE. But do note that IE6 and IE7 have known issues. -
Here’s the story. THe problem is not due to any technical difficulty with wordpress.com software. Somehwere in one of your posts (I do not have the time or inclination to find it for you) you used and italics tag and when the part you wanted to be italicized came to and end you left out the close italics tag . From that point on all across your posts and sidebar the italics remained open because you did not close the tag. The solution is to find that post and insert the closing tag .

You must do this yourself. There’s no need to panic. Your readers are not likely to care whether or not the font is italic. -
I have received a negative feedback so far and as you know more readers use IE. Anyway I will do my best. Thanks for your help.

I will try to find the link for the validator and post it here. You will have to type in your blog’s url and then wait. When the validation is done you can scroll down and locate the errors and correct them.

Check your ‘more’ tags- particularly @ “Read Barbados Underground Feed” – I just went through this – all of my more tags took on a life of their own, getting taken in with font code. Weird. But it did take over the sidebar as well. It was all from ‘more’ tags.
