  I want each post to only show a preview and then you can scroll down each post quickly without having to see it all.

  Hi there,

  You wish to shorten the blog posts displayed on Homepage. This can be done by adding Excerpt.
  Follow these steps to add excerpt to a Blog Post
  – Edit the post you want to shorten
  – Click on Insert Read More tag button (dotted line between two lines)
  – Drag —MORE— line from where you want to limit the post
  – Click on Update

  Also, you can try adding your custom read more message in HTML section.
