Front page still shows a post

  I have set a page as front page, I just want to display an image there but I have send a test post and it shows up in the blog page but also in the home page, hows that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  You need to verify if your Front page is set to show a static page or your latest post. For this, go to My Sites -> Customize -> Static Front Page. If you don’t want your front page to display your latest post, then select A Static Page where you can select a specific front page.

  Yes its set as Static front page, I have assigned the latest posts to another page(blog) and its working ok
