Front Page to show only ONE category

  Hi. I understand how to set a Static Page. However what I would like to do is when my blog is visited to have the front page only show posts from one catagory of my choice. How do I do that? I know the URL of the catagory, can just put that in a setting?

  Hi there. While you can create category pages, and while you can set the Home link in your menu to point to a category page, I’m afraid there is no way to set a category page as your landing page.

  A workaround could be to set a normal static page as your landing page, and then use the display posts shortcode on that page to have it display the category of your choice. https://en.support.wordpress.com/display-posts-shortcode/
