How the heck do I replace this with information I would like to decribe my blog site with.
Your front page says this because it’s currently set to display your latest posts for the front page of your blog—and you don’t have any posts.
You can either:
1. Create at least one post for your site, in which case it will begin appearing as part of the front page of your blog, or
2. Change your blog to use a static page as the front page. You can change this setting in your Dashboard at Settings > Reading.
