Front Page Widget for Blog Posts

I’m having trouble with the code to add the link to my blog posts in this front page widget. I want the person to click on this widget and go to my blog posts. Right now it goes to the page “blog posts” but my posts are not there. How do I fix this?
Here is the code, it is added as a text per the theme I’m using (Sela free version).

– the link is going to the blog page ie(https://eatprayloveliftmom.wordpress.com/blog-posts/)
But it seems that there are no post on this page.
Have you make your blog page as post page or your homepage is just showing latest post

Hi there – it looks like you haven’t linked your posts page to the “Blog Posts” page, but instead to a different page. If you open your Customizer, under “Posts Page” choose “Blog Posts” and you should be set.
