Front Page Wont Stay Put!!

    Hi there, really hope someone can help :(

    I’ve been spending many hours designing a website for someone using the Grisaille theme.

    I chose a particular page to be the static page when people arrive to the site. It was all working perfectly and then I tried to swap the home page for the video page and it all went wrong :(

    I keep getting either ‘we can’t find what you’re looking for’ message or a ‘Welcome to Your WordPress blog’ post….neither of which are what I have chosen!

    I’ve been to the customize section in appearance and keep telling it to use the Video page as my static landing page and it just wont work…

    What do you mean by a “video page”? You may not be able to change that setting at Customize. I can’t on my websites. Do you have a custom upgrade?

    See the support page Front Page. The static page “Front page” and “Posts page” selectors are at the top of the Reading Settings page.

    You both a Legend AND a Genius! :) It was there in the Reading Settings and once changed it did exactly what I wanted…..
