Frontend not loading

  we are switching our site to a new theme (salient.)

  when we login to our backend with admin the pages load properly. we can put test orders in and they go through. however, the front end is not loading for whatever reason. could this be due to some conflicting plug-in or short code?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes
