  I have a problem with the dynamic blocks that appear at the beginning of the panel.

  I can not move them to the other side (Drag and Drop), it seems
  that they are locked. I have not installed any interface management plugins.

  They work normally, however I wanted to move them to customize the panel.

  Can someone help me?
