Fruit Shake Theme is acting up

    I’ve been using Fruit Shake for years. I know how to use it, change things around, etc. I’ve recently gone to self-hosting and now it’s acting up. My header image is gone, even though my settings have my header image selected. The categories are all in a list on the main page, even though the settings point to a drop down list and the same with my archives among other issues. What’s going on? I would contact the developer but I can’t see anywhere who it is or how to contact them.
