  You people need to get organized. EVERY other place where I have updated my credit card information has made the process simple. Eventually (after much farting around) I managed to enter my details in the Payment Method area of my WordPress account. Yet, you still send me a reminder my card is expiring.

  What email address is the notification going to, and it doe it match the one listed here?

  If not, can you log out, and log back in with that email and then see if it works? You should be able to update card info here: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/s

  But you do need to be in the right account. This one has no purchases, so we don’t really need a card for it.
