Frustrated

    It’s incredibly frustrating to work in WordPress with no phone number for customer service.

    I bought the Souncheck theme yesterday and after 4 hours, gave up on it. I even contacted the theme developer who refused to help me.

    I am done with WordPress and would like a full refund.

    Sorry that we do not offer phone support at this time, but I am sure I can help you here. To cancel your upgrade and receive a full refund for any of your recent purchases, go to Store>My Upgrades from within the dashboard of your site.

    From there, just click on the “Cancel and Refund” link found under the upgrade you want remove. An automatic refund will be issued for your purchase, and you can expect to see the funds back in your account within the next 5 business days.
