I can’t figure out how to begin creating a site map and it’s frustrating so I’d like to transfer my domain to SimpleHost.com ASAP as you’ll be keeping the initial fees either way.

I’d like to go ahead and refund everything if possible. I’m looking to add plugins and a page builder so I can create an actual website w the domain I purchased from you. Since I’ve had problems simply getting that addressed if like to completely start over. I was initially told that if I purchased the domain I would be able to build out. Then I wasn’t. I was forced to purchase hosting and am still unable to transfer the domain. I am familiar with WordPress so I’d prefer to stick with you but id like to start over with the process as I’ve now spent over $160 for nothing. Please make an exceptionas I’ve been trying to do this all along.
