Frustrated as email is displayed for comment

  I have made comments on the following blog:
  http://costamayalife.com/2014/11/10/update-on-ado-bus-service-to-mahahual/comment-page-1/#comment-4290
  When posting the comment my email is requested but it specifically says that my email address will not be displayed. However, each comment I have made has not displayed the username that I specified when writing the comment it has shown my email. Clearly, for privacy reasons this is upsetting and frustrating. Please could somebody advise who can resolve this because it seems to be a problem with the way the website is functioning.

  Hey there Susy!

  It appears that your username is “susylangley86gmailcom”.

  In reality, while you think it is displaying your email, it is really displaying your username which you have set to “susylangley86gmailcom”.

  If it were displaying your email, I’m pretty sure it would format it like this: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
