frustrated. Can't edit my blog due to access issue

    Hi,

    I set up one forum question about this issue and was sent to wordpress.org—which then sent me back to wordpress.com.

    I can log into my wordpress.com account. I can log into my wordpress.org account.

    HOWEVER when I click on my blog to edit theme—it asks for a user ID and Password. NOTHING i put in will allow me to have access. I have tried resetting the password. I have rechecked the user id.

    Its just stuck.

    How do I get help?!

    Your site anneverett.com is hosted by HostMonster, not WordPress.com. That means while the site may be running WordPress software, we at WordPress.com have no access to your site and cannot assist you directly in regaining access to it. Only your hosting provider can do this.

    Please note that the login credentials for your WordPress.com and WordPress.org accounts is not the same as your credentials to log into your site at http://anneverett.com/wp-admin/ .

    If you use the reset password option there, an email should be sent to whatever address you used when the login/site was created. If you didn’t build the site but had someone else do it for you, and they created your login, you might contact them for more assistance with regaining access. Otherwise, your only recourse will be to contact Hostmonster for further assistance.
