    I have not used WordPress in over 10 months and was not notified about the auto-renewal system until I was charged $100. I would like my money back and my account deleted immediately.

    The account and site erinskypowellblog.wordpress.com you are using to reach the WordPress.com support forum is only three months old. There is a site erinskypowell.com. hosted by Squarespace also around three months old and an empty site erinskypowell.wordpress.com. Did you purchase an upgraded plan for that site or perhaps for even another site you may have forgotten about? If so you need to log in to the correct site to manage your account.

    I have added ”modlook” to this thread so one of the staff member can check the billing history and reply you back.

    There are not any upgrades connected to this user account. The charge is coming from another account. I will need more details in order to help you track it down.

    Please add the charge details to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ as a starting place to make sure it is a WordPress.com fee.
