Frustrated with Lack of Support: Website Down on IPv6 for 16+ Hours
-
I’m reaching out to share my experience and seek advice. My website, technologymindz.com, has been inaccessible to IPv6 users for over 16 hours, and the hosting/WordPress support team has failed to resolve or even acknowledge this critical issue.
Issue:
- The site works on IPv4 but fails on IPv6 (no server response).
- Support tickets have gone unanswered, causing significant downtime.
Questions:
- Has anyone faced similar IPv6 issues with WordPress hosting?
- How can I force the hosting provider to prioritize this?
- Are there workarounds to enable IPv6 while waiting for support?
This lack of urgency from the support team is unacceptable. If unresolved, I’ll be forced to switch providers. Any guidance is appreciated!

According to the documentation I could find, it seems wordpress.com doesn’t support IPv6. To be sure you just have to wait untill a Staff member is available
