Frustrated with support staff

How do I ask support of a WordPress support staff directly to get help with my issues instead of just being sent to this forum? I am trying to get privacy setting removed so that I may switch my domain to another host.

Yes I have, and thank you very much for sending. The problem is that when I click “update settings and continue” as instructed so that I may unlock and remove my privacy protection, it tells me there has been an error and I need to contact support. Seems to bring me back to the forum no matter what I do. I’m sure there must be a solution.

As what account are you logged in when you try to transfer the domain? You are posting here with the username, kindramone, but the domain belongs to a different username account. You will only be able to transfer the domain if you’re logged in as that account.
That’s also why you keep getting sent to the forum – this username doesn’t own any upgrades, so doesn’t have access to live chat support. If you log in as the other account you should be able to contact us directly so we can help you with this via live chat.
