Frustrating custom CSS and Themes

  I’m working with the PageLines theme and a plugin to put a call to action at the bottom of the page. Everything works perfectly except for one issue. I have a form, and the elements are set to display: inline but it’s still making the submit button drop below the other elements. I also have it right aligned.

  I’ve spent many hours pouring over the code and copying whatever is in the theme, and then overwriting it with this specific CSS. No luck. Any help? You can view the page http://www.makeshifthappen.org/quit-beating-yourself-up/ at the bottom of the post.

  Please help!!
