Frustrating Issues…

  I have 2 problems: 1) for 2 days in a row now, I have LOST blog posts that I was in the process of writing – once was when I opened another page that I did not mean to…when I clicked the Back Button on the WordPress homepage, my blog disappeared…today I mistakenly clicked on the WordPress Reload button, and my in-progress blog post disappeared…?!, and 2) on both of those days, the “Upload Picture” feature did NOT work – the status bar for the uploaded started showing progress, but then stopped – so I was unable to upload any image into my blog post…
  So my question/problem is two-pronged: 1) Is there a way to RECOVER my lost blog posts, since it auto-saves while I am writing?, and 2) How can I fix the upload feature on my Blog Site so that I can once again upload images into my blog posts?

  Hi Jason,

  I’m so sorry to hear about this! You can retrieve the auto-saved version of those posts by going to Posts > All Posts in your Dashboard. They should be under Drafts as seen here:

  

  I see that there are 7 so hopefully it will be there! Unfortunately, if it’s not there I highly recommend clicking save often or else it will be lost in our system.

  As for uploading images, it may be an internet connection cutting out. Sometimes, it helps to try again at a different time. I was just able to upload an image to my Media > Library so it looks like we’re not have any bugs with this at the moment. Can you try again and let me know? I’ll keep an eye out for any similar issues.
