Frustrating! Password Reset Emails not going to Admin Email

  I have a blog which was set to private a while back. Now I don’t remember the password and am not receiving password reset emails at the email address that I’ve set up as admin.

  So for example the emails I do get are:

  Howdy,

  The WordPress.com user name (username ‘name’) requested access to view your private site at https://xyxy.wordpress.com/

  Want to give them access to view this site? Click on this link: https://xyxy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php?action=add_user&user_login=name

  If you don’t want this person to be able to view simply ignore this email, and they will not receive access to your private site.

  So I do get this email but not the password reset. I no longer have the original tokens or transaction ID’s so I can’t reset my password that way

  Can anyone help, it’s extremely frustrating
