  I have a premium plan . . . I was trying to get my Mac devices to synch up. I am not locked out, tried to reset my password, and have spent more than an hour online with their rather useless AI

  What is exactly your problem because you are logged in to your account meaning you have full access to your site and your wordpress.com account.
