frustration with vodpod posts

  can someone please explain to me how I can put a video from my vodpod account into my sidebar WITHOUT it posting as a post also. I just want it to show up in my side bar only. Any buttons I can find for sharing, always post it also. Please help.

  can we have a link to your wordpress.COM blog? if you have a wordpress.COM blog then,
  yeah, theres a separate vodpod widget by going to dashboard > appearance > widgets > choose the vodpod widget http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/vodpod-videos-widget/
