i paid for a business account and you provided me with a free account. I sent three emails to support@wordpress.com and the problem has not been resolved.. Please may I hear from you?

I personally can’t help you with this because I don’t have access to any account functions, but I have added the modlook tag to your post which will alert the staff members to your problem and hopefully get you a resolution. -
Hi there, If you have a paid upgrade on this account you would see it in your Billing dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing Given that your support request was routed here to our community forums, that might indicate that either your upgrade was not successful or you need to be logged in with a different username account instead of the one you are posting from here in the forums.
The email address you mentioned for support is no longer in use, but as this thread is now tagged for Staff assistance, please be patient for their reply. Thanks.

So here’s what I see from looking at your account:
You purchased WordPress.com Premium on 5/17/18
You then canceled and received a refund for that purchase on 5/23/18So currently, your site is on the free plan. If that cancellation and refund was done by mistake, let me know and we can help to get that sorted out for you. But you will need to repurchase WordPress.com Premium.
