  I would like to remove this from my current setting and set it up on its own email setting (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Am I able to do this?

  I’m not certain I understand your question, can you share a bit more details about what you are trying to do?

  If you want to change the email address on your account you can do that at wordpress.com/me/account/
