  Hi there,

  Sites at WordPress.com don’t include FTP access, but our support page about FTP Access includes alternatives to FTP access depending on what you’re trying to do. Alternately, if you let me know what you need FTP access for I may be able to suggest an alternative for you. :)

  Thanks for letting me know. You can move your blog to WordPress.org by exporting your content from WordPress.com and then importing it on your self-hosted WordPress.org site. You’ll need to set up other elements (like your site’s theme and widgets) separately from that export/import.

  Alternately, we offer a Guided Transfer service to move your entire site over to one of our recommended hosts for WordPress.org.

  Yeah, but I am paying someone to do it for me. And she require the FTP details in order to do so. Would you mind letting me have it? Thanks! :)

  It isn’t possible — WordPress.com sites do not have FTP access. You’ll need to use one of the other available options I mentioned earlier.
