  I need to put a 301 redirect . How can I do it ? You can allow access to FTP ?

  WordPress.COM doesn’t allow FTP access, as explained here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  This thread with the usual comprehensive response from timethief shows you all the options for moving your site to a self-hosted domain, which I assume is why you’re asking about a 301 redirect. (I can’t help with that bit)
