  Hi,

  I purchased a domain name for my website and was wondering what my website’s host address is? And is it possible to create an ftp account (or establish a connection) on my website, and if so, how do I go about doing so? Thanks for any help, it is much appreciated :)

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and there is not upgrade you can purchase that will provide FTP access to a free hosted WordPress.com blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  If you wish to have complete control over a blog, the ability to upload themes and plugins, and to edit themes and templates and post advertising then your option is to hire a web host and get a free software install from WordPress.ORG and self host it.

  The blog linked to your username does not have a domain mapping upgrade. We cannot answer your question because we do not know where you purchased the domain name from.

  Also note that purchasing a domani name through WordPress.com and a domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com does not change the fact the blog will be free hosted by WordPress.com.
