    I am trying to update the nameservers within my wordpress domain admin, but am getting an error message:

    Domain names linked with name server ns1.bestincold ns not found.

    Therefore, wordpress admin reverts automatically to wordpress.com name servers.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Tiffany- 

    Let’s talk about the domain DNS records. Right now, there are duplicate name servers on bestincold.com.  I see you have a hosting plan with us, too, making me think you want to point the domain here. Is that correct?  Click on My Sites – Upgrades – Domains, and you can edit the DNS there.
