FTP a file to a page on my existing site

  Unless things have changed [?] I need to DL FTP software to accomplish this, and I need my WP FTP credentials. Apparently, these consist of a Username, Password, and Port number. I have my username and PW. Where can I find my Port number? This is my first try at this so if you have any help for a newbie, please share.   FTP access here requires a paid Business Plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  But, you can upload files without that following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/media-icons/
