  Hi,
  I need access to my ftp file. I already have started my page, I need the file to activate the website.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey @vennerafcaptum,

  Are you in the pro plan for that website? If not, it’s not possible to access the FTP by free users. Only the websites with pro plan get FTP access. I hope this helped.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell us what you’re trying to do that requires you to have access to FTP? Free WordPress.com sites like http://vennerafcaptum.wordpress.com/ don’t require any activation that needs to be done by modifying files on the server.

  To make your site visible so that others can see it, you can just launch it at Settings ->General in the dashboard:
