  Hi, I can´t sign into my account (error 404) and I need an FTP access. Where I can find it?

  What’s your site URL so we can point you in the right direction.

  WordPress.com hosted website do not have FTP access. If your site is self-hosted, you’d need to seek assistance from these forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
