  hello, I would like to install a theme not available in the list shown in my panel control. So I would like to know ftp user name and password for salettadellosport.wordpress.com, in this way I will be able this theme by my own.

  You have no ftp access here and you can only use themes you find from your Dashboard >> Appearance > themes – it is a security, reliability and performance issue – the themes here are highly modified for WordPress.COM

  You cannot use FTP with a WordPress.com blog, nor can you install an external theme; those are for WordPress.ORG blogs only. Our system is limited to the themes you see on the dashboard.
