FTP access using Filezilla

How do I get a copy of my FTP username and password? I’ve tried to use the Filezilla system but doesnt seem to work, has different messages like ‘critical error 530’ and ‘log in incorrect even though I’m pretty sure I’ve got it right.
I’ve been told to contact my hosting provider to double check details so hence Im here.
Can someone please help? I just seem to be going around in circles and not getting anywhere.
The reason for me getting Filezilla is increasing the maximum upload on wordpress to upload larger audio files. If anyone knows a shortcut to doing this, please help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, It’s not actually the above address given,, please ignore that.
Its for another address with a website specialising in audio but they are majority large files.
The message Im getting is max: 8MB, is that correct?

But the max 8 Mb is a standard message on many WordPress.ORG installs, so you are in the wrong forum and need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using
their help forum needs an account to post there – if you don’t have an account you will need to open on as their forum and ours are not connected
