FTP Address, ID, Password

    I have downloaded a theme, Spirit 1.5, and want to change the header image. The WP2 Visual Quickstart Guide tells me to first find my FTP info, as in title above. My site is hosted by a paid hoster, not WP. My ISP tells me to go to my hoster for the info. Hoster tells me I should have an account with WP, which I just got, and WP should give me the info. Does anyone here know the real answer? Where does one find one’s FTP info?

    You will need to post this over in the self-hosted version of wordpress support forums as this is the hosted version of wordpress forums. Head over to:

    http://wordpress.org/support/

    Your FTP is provided by your web hosting company and you need that information to even upload wordpress software downloaded from wordpress.org, so I would go to your host and ask them what it is. If you need further assistance, head over to the other forums as there are many there that can help you!
