FTP and Database

  Hi,
  We are trying to link our blog onto our homepage. My web developer has asked for the ftp and database access to our blog site on wordpress.com. Is this possible? Where do I grant permission?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are not given FTP and database access to the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here. This is only available with the WordPress.org self-hosted version of WordPress.

  Thank you geoffreyshilling.
  We were trying to link the wordpress.com blog into our new website so that the new posts on our blog then pop up automatically on our website. Is there another one might do this using the wordpress.com site?
