  how to configure ftp and install plugins
  what is the host name and the username to put in ftp parameters
  i have a xx.wordpress.com blog
  an administration name and password
  extension pro menu have no “add” submenu for installing plugins

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
