  I have my site already created, but I’d like to test it locally. Is there a way to pull the site through FTP? I created it on the web tool.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can not access your WordPress.com website via FTP. If you want to export the content, here’s some information on ways you can do that. https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  If you have a self-hosted WordPress site (also known as WordPress.org) your website host can provide information on how to access your site via FTP.
