FTP Credentials

    I need to get access to the FTP credentials to shut down my plugins unless you guys can shut them off for me.

    Hi there,

    FTP access to your site’s server is controlled by your hosting provider, Hostgator.com. If you log into your hosting account with them, you should be able to find your FTP credentials in your site’s hosting control panel. Otherwise please contact Hostgator support directly for help with this.

    The forum you’re posting to now is for a different hosting provider, WordPress.com. Your site is connected to our platform via the Jetpack plugin, which allows you to manage the site content using our tools. But it’s not hosted on our servers, and we have no control over or access to your server or your hosting account at Hostgator.
